Bend stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum, soft and some hard copper, and other tubing materials.

Each tool bends one size tubing up to 180 degrees. The open side slips over the tube at any point. You get smooth, long radius bends with no marking, scraping, or flattening. No need to figure spring-back -- it has been done for you.

Each fixed-hook tubing bender is available for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" O.D. Different radiuses are available in all three sizes of benders. All benders have easy 90 degree start. KBS Tubing Benders have roller bearing glide for ease of bending. The calibration marks and roller bearing make accurate bends with less effort. The wide fixed hook simplifies operation and holds the tubing securely. Extra long handles and large grips give the tool a good feel. Also available are vice or bench bolt down mounts to allow the jobs to run smoothly.

With the use of KBS Long-Radius Tube Benders the internal cracking of the electro-polished surface is greatly reduced, thereby minimizing particle generation during installation. Fast becoming the industry standard is the Rollobend system, which consists of 10X the tubing diameter, which equals 2 1/2" radius on 1/4" benders. With the matching 2 1/2" radius in 3/8" and 1/2" tubing benders, your orbital welding labor will be cut by a minimum of 70%. Also, you will save material costs by not buying those long radius 90 degree bends.

By bending the tubing, expensive pre-fabricated fittings are eliminated. This realizes a savings of 10% over a welded system on an average high-purity installation.
